Do You Need a Demo or Onboarding? 

Demos are intended to give you an overview of Intuitive Shipping and help you learn how it can set your cart apart. We'll discuss the features you'll find most useful and answer your questions in real-time.

If you're ready to use Intuitive Shipping on a live checkout, consider booking a complimentary onboarding session here or through the app's Support page. You take the lead, and we show you how to set everything up.

Do You Need Technical Support?

Are you already using Intuitive Shipping - either in Sandbox mode or live on your checkout page - and have a specific technical issue? 

Please schedule a Technical Support meeting or submit a ticket through the app's Support page. We may be unable to provide technical support during onboarding sessions.

Minimum Requirements

The following are the minimum requirements for your session:

  • A desktop or laptop computer (mobile devices limit our ability to view or display essential data)
  • A web browser that supports the latest version of Zoom
  • A working microphone

By booking your session, you acknowledge and agree to meet these requirements.

If you are unable to meet the minimum requirements, we may be unable to proceed with your onboarding session. If you require special assistance, please let our support team know prior to your appointment.
