Partner Program FAQs
Once you apply for the partner program, our team reviews your application, website, and client feedback.
Within approximately five business days, you will receive an invitation to a meet and greet with your Intuitive Shipping partner manager so we can learn more about your goals and ensure it is a strong mutual fit.
The partner program and associated benefits currently apply only to our flagship product, Intuitive Shipping.
Partner commissions apply only to new stores referred after joining the program.
To qualify, the store must:
- Install Intuitive Shipping within 3 months of being submitted
- Not already have an active Intuitive Shipping plan
- Not have been previously referred by another partner
Referrals are only eligible for stores that have not already been claimed, referred, or actively using Intuitive Shipping.
Three months after the referred merchant becomes an active customer.
Commission payment is equal to the average of the first 3 months of a merchant's billing plan.
Once approved, you will receive direct contact information for your partner manager.
